a life by design
For the woman who feels like she’s outgrown her life
but doesn’t know what comes next.

This is for you if...
You work hard, show up for everyone, and have built a life that looks great from the outside. But you're exhausted in a way a vacation doesn't fix.
You're living for the after-work sliver, the weekend, the someday and it's getting smaller every year.
You know something needs to change. You just don't know what, or where to even start.
You've been going in circles in your head for long enough that the thinking itself has become exhausting.
You don't want to blow up your life. You just want it to finally feel like yours.
You’re ready to make changes, but you need clarity, direction and support to actually move forward.
THAT'S WHERE I COME IN.
It's about stopping the performance and starting to actually live.
We get real about your current habits, your patterns, the stories running in the background that you've never questioned. What's draining you. What's keeping you stuck. What's been holding the whole cycle in place. By the end of this phase, you can finally name what's off and that alone is a relief, because right now it probably just feels like a heaviness you can't quite put your finger on.
The shift: You go from "something feels wrong but I can't explain it" to "I can see exactly what's not working and why."
Here, we slow down and get specific. What does a Tuesday feel like? What are you doing for work, and why does it matter to you? How are your mornings? Who are you spending your time with? Your brain will try to hand you a slightly better version of what you already have. We push past that.
The shift: You go from "I know I don't want this" to "I know exactly what I'm building toward."
This is where the real movement happens and it runs on two tracks at once. The first is tangible: actual steps, decisions, and actions you're taking between our calls that move the needle toward the life you designed. The second is internal: the doubts, the fears, the "who am I to want this" voice that shows up every time you try to move forward. We work on both.
The shift: You stop going in circles and start actually moving.
This is where the new version of you stops feeling like a costume and starts feeling like you. The habits are in place. The decisions come from a different place. The voice that used to talk you out of everything gets quieter. You're not white-knuckling it anymore. You're building momentum. And the life you designed starts to feel normal, not aspirational.
The shift: You stop performing your life and start actually living it.

What I actually help you with
This isn't about blowing up your life or walking away from everything you've built. It's about figuring out what's actually yours and letting go of what never was.
We work on:
- Getting clear on what you actually want underneath the noise, the expectations, and everyone else's version of your life
- Naming the patterns, habits and beliefs that have been keeping you stuck in the same cycle, often for years
- Building the practical structure that supports real change, not just inspiration
- Taking aligned action that moves the needle without burning you out in the process
Because clarity without action keeps you stuck and action without clarity keeps you busy but going nowhere.
01
You've been putting things on the back burner for years. The morning that's yours. The work that actually excites you. The version of life that feels like breathing. We start building that now not when everything settles down.
02
You've evolved. Your life hasn't caught up yet. We close that gap not by starting over, but by redesigning what you already have around the woman you're becoming, not the one you used to be.
03
The cycles stop here. Instead of thinking about what you want, you start doing the actual work of building it with someone in your corner to keep you moving when the doubt, the fear and the "who am I to want this" voice tries to pull you back.

Working with Megan is something every business owner needs! Her brain is the perfect blend of type A organization and creative thinking with an aesthetic eye! Megan has this rare ability to hear your ideas, reflect them back with insight, and help you see the simplest, most aligned path forward. I walked in feeling overwhelmed and unsure how to prioritize everything on my plate, and I left feeling clear, grounded, and genuinely excited about what’s next. Thank you Megan for hearing my dreams, believing in my vision, and doing so much of the work behind the scenes to make it become a reality!
A little about me
I'm Megan. Life design coach. Wife. Twin Mom. Projector.
I didn't always do this work.
For years I built a life that looked like success from the outside: climbing, achieving, checking boxes, doing all the things I thought would eventually make me feel fulfilled.
They didn't.
At some point I stopped and actually looked at the life I was living. The burnout, the going through the motions, the feeling that something was off but not being able to name it. I started questioning everything, slowing down, and rebuilding, piece by piece, into something that actually felt like mine.
That shift didn't happen overnight. It happened through doing exactly the work I now guide other women through.
Now I help women who are where I was: smart, capable, high-achieving and quietly wondering what it was all for.

FAQs
I know that working with someone to gain clarity can feel like a big step and you probably have questions. I've got answers! Below are some of the most common questions I get about how I work, what I do, and how I can help you design a life you love. If you don’t see your question here, feel free to reach out!
My work sits at the intersection of clarity, strategy, and systems. We absolutely talk about mindset and identity shifts — but we don’t stay there. We translate insight into structure. You leave with practical next steps and systems that support the version of you you’re becoming.
Most women tell me the first shift they notice is that the fog lifts. They can finally name what's been off and that alone feels like relief. From there, the changes compound. Calmer decision-making. More clarity on what they actually want. Less time in their head and more time actually moving. A life that starts to feel chosen rather than just inherited. What that looks like is different for everyone but the common thread is that they stop feeling like a passenger in their own life.
I work with women in genuine identity reinvention, the ones who know they've outgrown their current life but can't yet see what's next. Some are mothers navigating the tension between who they were and who they're becoming. Some are in careers or businesses that no longer fit. Some just have a quiet, persistent voice telling them something needs to change and they're finally ready to listen.
What they all have in common: they're done living a life that was designed for someone else. They're ready to figure out what's actually theirs.
That’s completely normal — and honestly, expected. Most women come to me feeling unclear. That’s the point. On our clarity call, we identify what’s actually stuck, what’s noise, and what deserves your energy. You don’t need a fully formed plan you just need to show up willing to explore.
Book a free clarity call. It's a real conversation not a sales pitch. We'll talk about where you are, what's not working, and whether working together feels like the right fit. From there, if it's a yes, we get started. Simple.
